Finally UGC Announced eCertificates for Offline Candidates, who cleared June 2012 UGC NET Exam
UGC said, “We are in the process of issuing E-certificate of candidates who had applied through offline mode in a phase wise manner. Document of the candidates are being verified. Therefore E-certificate and JRF award letter shall be issued in due course.” in it’s website.
