Essential Qualifications:

Operations -> Bachelor Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Technology for Polymer and Technical services with experience in relevant field and Bachelor Engineering degree in Chemical or Mechanical or Electrical with experience in relevant field for Utilities & OffSites Operations. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and experience in the above relevant area will be given preference.

Maintenance -> Bachelor Engineering degree in relevant engineering field (Mechanical /Electrical & Instrumentation / Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control) with experience in relevant field. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemical / Fertiliser Industries will be given preference.

Fire -> Bachelor degree in Fire Engineering with relevant experience of Fire department. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemical / Fertiliser Industries will be given preference.

Quality Labs -> M.Sc. Post Graduate in Chemistry/Plastic Technology/Polymer Technology with relevant experience in Quality Labs/Process Control of Petrochemical / Refinery / Chemical / Fertiliser Industries. Candidate with First class degree in the mentioned qualification and relevant experience in Petrochemical Industries will be given preference.

Marketing -> First Class Bachelor degree in Engineering OR Full time MBA/PG Qualification with specialisation in Marketing / SCM in First Class and with relevant experience in Business Development / Sales / Logistics / Shipping / Technical Services, etc. Candidate with relevant experience in Petrochemical Industries will be given preference.

Finance -> CA / ICWA / Full time MBA (Finance) degree (first class) with experience in business modelling, risk management, cash flow management, Finance and Accounting Controls etc. The above requirements are specific in the area of Debt / Equity / Treasury / Risks, Insurance , Accounts, Taxations, Costing & Budgeting etc. The applicants are requested to choose the relevant field of their expertise given in the drop down menu in the application form. Based on the past experience and competence, incumbents shall be allocated appropriate area.

HR -> Full time First Class MBA or First Class equivalent degree in HR with relevant experience in Plant HR function, IR, Labour Laws, Administration, Plant Infrastructure, HR Management, Employee Training etc.

Occupational Health Centre -> MBBS degree from a reputed institute and a Associate Fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH). Industrial exposure and must be aware of Industrial health measures & medical practices under Factories Act, 1948.

Security -> Candidate with first class Graduate with experience as commissioned officer in armed forces / Central Police Organizations / Security Management in Large size organisation. Candidates  meeting the criteria and having additional  5 years experience in Supervisory grade may also apply. Candidate having experience in relevant field in a large size petrochemicals /refinery/Oil & Gas/fertiliser company will be given preference.

Corporate Communications -> First Class Full time MBA with specialisation in Mass Communication or Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication / Public Relations / Advertising. Should have experience in handling media, website updating, press briefing etc. for large corporate houses / media houses. Candidate with relevant experience in a large size Organisation will be given preference.

Materials Management -> First Class Bachelor Degree in Engineering OR Full time MBA in SCM/MM/Operations with First Class and experience in Materials Management in large size Organisation. Candidate with relevant experience in Petrochemical Industries will be given preference.

IT -> First Class Bachelor Engineering Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics & Telecommunications or Masters of Computer Application (MCA) from a reputed Institute with experience in ERP/IT infrastructure as server, database management, website, various communication systems. Candidate with relevant experience in a large size manufacturing company will be given preference.

Legal -> First Class LLB Degree from reputed university duly recognized by Bar Council of India. Experience in dealing legal issues relating to tendering process, EPC contracts, arbitration, Labour Laws, etc. in large size manufacturing organisation preferably in Petrochemicals/ Hydrocarbon sector.

Security (Non-Executive) -> For S2 Grade – First Class Graduate in any discipline with min 5 Years of post qualification experience in supervisory role in relevant field (Experience in Armed Forces shall be preferred). For A2 Grade – First Class Graduate in any discipline with min 07 Years of post qualification experience as Security Guard/Field Security.

Materials Management (Non-Executive) -> 3 years recognised Diploma with first class in Materials Managements/Inventory control or first class Graduate with 1 Year post graduate Diploma in Materials Management/Inventory Management or First class Diploma (Govt recognised 3 years course) in Chemical Engineering/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. Candidates having experience in relevant field will be given preference.

Fire (Non-Executive) -> Intermediate & Six months Govt. recognized diploma in Fire/ Fire & safety. Candidates should have a valid driving license for heavy vehicles. Should meet the physical fitness criteria as under: Minimum height – 168 cms (for Hillman/tribes, mini 166 cms), Chest : (Unexpanded = 81 cms, Expanded = 86 cms) & Physical efficiency test.
