I got only this to answer few questions on “666”, but I have no idea why or what made UGC to implement this step/use this weapon now, though these instructions are there since time!!

  • Once marked, no change in the answer is allowed in the OMR sheet. More than one response is not permitted.
  • Please do not make any stray mark on the OMR sheet
  • Do not fold or damage the edges of this sheet
  • Use of white fluid is prohibited

If you feel you have not violated any instruction(s) given by UGC, then you file a RTI and seek clarification/answer for your questions. And if you are not satisfied with UGC’s reply, then you can file a WRIT petition.

Last time we had an problem with June 2012 results, and many of our friends are still fighting against UGC, but judgment not yet finalized (its almost an year now). And many friends who filed case against June 2012, had cleared NET either in December 2012 or June 2013.

I would suggest you to be more cautious and prepare well for December 2013 NET Exam while you are working on June 2013 issue. Because there are more chances that you could get through NET Exam in December 2013, than winning against June 2013.

I know, my words may not taste good for many, but that’s the reality!!

All the best to you all.
