Karnataka State Eligibility Test Center, University of Mysore along with Karnataka State Government has published the Karnataka State Eligibility Test 2015 Notification for the recruitment of Lecturer / Assistant Professor Posts. Eligible candidates have to apply through online for the KSET 2015 Exam at the official website. Online applications for Karnataka State Eligibility Testwill be available from 20th July 2015.

The Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) Center, University of Mysore is a Nodal Agency recognized by the UGC, New Delhi for conducting the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) for lectureship/Assistant Professor since 2010. This center is also one of the Nodal centers in Karnataka for conducting UGC-NET examination twice a year. Now it has released Notification for Karnataka State Eligibility Test for the year 2015. Candidates who have qualified in the  KSET will be recruited as lectures / Assistant Professors of the concerned University / Colleges / Institutions (Government / Aided / Private) in Karnataka State. Aspirants who wish to work in Karnataka Government may apply for KSET 2015 Exam on or before 14th August 2015.

Candidates must read the complete KSET 2015 Notification before applying to know the eligibility. Candidates must apply on or before completion of the last date. The Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) Center, University of Mysore has released the KSET 2015 notification to Select candidates for the post lectures / Assistant Professors of the concerned University / Colleges / Institutions (Government / Aided / Private) in Karnataka State. Candidates applying for this exam should met the below eligibility criteria.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates who possess master’s degree OR its equivalent examination from universities / institutions recognized by UGC New Delhi, in subjects like Science, Humanities (including languages), Computer Science, Social science & Applications, Electronic science etc., with minimum of 55% for General Candidates & 50% for Reserved Candidates are eligible to appear for this test.

Age Limit: No Upper Age Limit to apply for this test.

How to Apply:

Candidates can apply through online for KSET 2015 Exam at kset.uni-mysore.ac.in or www.uni-mysore.ac.in. Fill it carefully and send hard copy of the application form to the Respective Nodal Center on or before 11/09/2015 along with Bank Challan & Supported Documents. You can download Bank Challan at the time of online registration.

Documents to be Submitted along with Application Form:

  • SSLC Marks Card
  • Caste Certificate.
  • Proof of qualifying examination certificate and final PG Degree Marks Card.
  • Attendance slip.

Admit Cards for KSET 2015 Test

The candidates who have applied for KSET 2015 Exam are eligible to download the admit cards from official website kset.uni-mysore.ac.in. As per KSET Notification, you have to apply on or before 14th August 2015. You have to apply through Online mode only. Then before the exam, the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) Center will release the admit cards in their official website.
